Some examples
In this video you can see a complete profiling system dedicated to the production of vineyard posts of two sizes, complete with external hooks.
The profiler is able to continuously produce posts at a rate of 35 m/min, which, considering a 2.5 m post, means over 13-14 posts per minute.
The system consists of:
- Unwinder reel with loading cradle;
- Work bench for hook processing;
- Profiler with gear transmission in oil bath;
- 2 sets of rolls (45mm and 52mm post);
- Cutting carriage at the outlet;
- Double “NON STOP” unloader.
